Beautiful holiday home 60 meters from the Baltic Sea on the sunny island of Öland

Here is an opportunity to rent a holiday home with a fantastic location facing the sea. 60 meters to Kalmarsund to swim, sunbathe and watch the sunsets. Walking distance to a store, kiosk, harbour with many boathouses with sales and restaurants. There is a volleyball court on the beach.



In the large house there are beds for 5 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with TV (Swedish channels), toilet, shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Upstairs there is a small living room with 2 leather armchairs and a TV with Swedish channels, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 1 single bed.



On the plot there are 2 small cottages. One cottage has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen combined with a living room and a TV with Swedish channels. There is also a nice outdoor shower and an dry toilet.

The other cottage has only 2 single beds.



Around the cottages there is a large garden with sun exposure in all directions. There is a small veranda on the front of the large house for morning coffee.

Otherwise, there are outdoor furniture in the garden both at the front and back. There are some baden-baden chairs available for use.



It is about 400 meters to the harbour where you can stroll among the sailboats or walk around the small booths where both coffee and handicrafts are sold.



The ferry to Oskarshamn and Blå Jungfrun departs daily from June 6 to August 31.



Bed linen and towels can be rented extra if you don\'t want to bring your own. Final cleaning is included in the rent.
