The spacious living/dining area features a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. The high-end kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom was renovated in 2021 and features a high-quality rain shower and modern fixtures. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an additional bed (80 x 200 cm).
