BIKING Helmets and casual bicycles are provided in the 'bike barn', where serious cyclists can also hang and lock their own bikes. Marin is famous for world class road and mountain bike trails. You can 'ride to the ride' from your home- Tennessee Beach trailhead is less than 20 minutes away, through open space waterfront headlands, and the trail head up Mount Tamalpais old railroad gradeis less than five minutes away.
SAFE AND HEALTHY This property is very tranquil and quiet. The neighborhood is super safe--crime is almost non-existent. Mill Valley has two Whole Foods markets, a Friday Farmer's Market, and organic sections in the historical market and in Safeway.
