The inviting house welcomes you with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. With 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles—it accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet for your convenience.



The true highlight is the private outdoor space: a sunny terrace, covered patio, and garden for relaxing at any time. A barbecue is available for enjoying outdoor meals in a friendly setting.



Located just a short walk from the beach, the house offers a prime location. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. A free shuttle to the train station makes getting around easy. Two private parking spaces are included for hassle-free parking.
