Located in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus, this 90 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms featuring double beds and a living room. Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The house offers Wi-Fi, a private TV, heating in all bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, a pellet stove on the ground floor, washing machine, dryer, and a fan. For families, there’s a cot, a private high chair, and a safety gate.



Relax on your private, unfenced, shaded terrace, which is enclosed and features a table, 6 chairs, outdoor seating, and a private gas barbecue. The beach is nearby for coastal activities.



A shared parking space is available on-site, and street parking is also possible. Up to 2 pets are welcome, and smoking is permitted. Parties are not allowed.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from your host for an extra charge. On arrival, basic supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and toilet paper are included. A courtesy clean is requested at the end of your stay.
