Holiday Home 'Il Carrubo' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Charming house in an exceptional location overlooking the sea, with panoramic views from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to Finale’s harbor. Surrounded by greenery, it offers access to a shared pool (not private), open from June 1st to September 30th. Even during the busiest summer months, you will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the shade of a carob tree.



Climb up to reach the pool or head down directly to the beach. The house sleeps 4 upstairs (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed on a mezzanine) and has a sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor (queen size). There is one bathroom. Amenities include a fridge, coffee machine, water carbonator, microwave (no conventional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, and TV with streaming services.



Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Some local shops offer grocery delivery. A reserved parking space is available in the fenced condominium lot.



Important notes:

- Not accessible by stroller/wheelchair: about 100 steps from the parking lot (like a 4th floor without elevator).

- The balcony under the porch must be kept clear for neighbors’ passage.

- Parking space is tight (5.05x1.95 m): do not occupy other spots, otherwise an extra charge applies.

- A security deposit is required before arrival. It will be refunded at check-out if the property is left as found. The deposit covers structural damage, extra cleaning beyond standard, washing of covers/sofa fabrics left dirty, and disposal of trash not done by guests.



Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (except Monday); Sunday 11:30-12:30.

Check-out: by 10:00.
