UPDATE:
In the summer of 2017 the entire unit was renovated to address concerns of previous guests. This included repainting, new deck furniture, and shower re-caulking to remove isolated patch of mildew. The living room now comes with a new Flat Screen and cable TV. High Speed Internet is also wireless throughout the entire unit.


**Club Membership Transfer allows guests access to golfing, club dining, tennis, fitness center , activities and pools. membership transfer fee for 30 day rental, must be transferred ($299). **Green fees, cart fees and dining/beverage costs are not included in membership transfer and guest must call pro shop or club house for fee schedule. Home Owner will submit application for Clubhouse membership on behalf of guest. **A State Tourist Tax will be applied for rental agreements less than 6 months **
