Holiday Apartment 'Arosa' on the Elbe near Hamburg

The Arosa holiday home, located in the beautiful Altes Land, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a sauna area, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating four adults. An inviting alcove above the sauna provides extra sleeping space for two children. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The private sauna is a true highlight.



Freshly made beds, a basic set of towels, a dish towel, and hand soap are provided for your convenience. The lovely, secluded outdoor area with garden, terrace, and barbecue offers plenty of privacy. Thanks to the peaceful location in the Altes Land holiday village, you will enjoy minimal traffic or everyday noise—pure relaxation!



On the holiday village grounds, you will find a playground, a mini-golf course, and a restaurant. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.



About one kilometer away, the beautiful Twielenfleth outdoor pool is located right by the Elbe, offering open views of passing ships. Just a little further, around 3 km from the house, is the spectacular Bassenfleth Elbe beach. The fine white sand is a wonderful spot for walking and relaxing year-round. The historic old town of Stade is only a few minutes away by car. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An EV charging station is available at the entrance to the holiday village (2 minutes’ walk from the house).
