This cozy and comfortable one-room vacation apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven in the hallway. The refrigerator and microwave are located next to the dining area.
You’ll sleep in a 160-cm-wide box-spring bed with a topper or on the leather sleeper sofa, which can be extended to 150 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink.
Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor, the terrace offers direct access to the garden with a playground, as the building is situated on a hillside.

The building features a heated swimming pool. You can take the elevator to the pool in your own bathrobe and also use the fitness room there, which is equipped with various fitness machines and a table tennis table. Table tennis paddles and balls are provided in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality dishes and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It also includes a collection of wooden board games.
The large flat-screen TV can be swiveled, so you can treat yourself to a cozy break in bed on rainy days.
