Spread over two floors, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. Parking is available on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The windows are fitted with insect screens. An EV charging station is available. The property features water-saving fixtures and uses sustainable materials for insulation.
