Detached Spanish-style villa in a beautiful location in Jávea at the foot of Montgò, offering panoramic views. There are a total of 4 terraces offering both sun and shade, as well as a beautiful and very well-maintained green garden with a large private pool (10 x 5 m) set within Tosca natural stone. Sun loungers are available on the large terrace by the pool. This special stone does not get hot in the summer and is slip-resistant. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water by the pool.
Numerous Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, as well as a large green lawn, round out the garden at the rear of the property. A covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill seats 6 people. On a walk around the house, you’ll find several cozy spots with seating under palm trees that invite you to linger. Just read an exciting book or enjoy a glass of wine. Parking spaces and a carport are located on the property in front of the villa.
This vacation villa offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for a total of 6 guests and two large bathrooms. One bedroom features an en suite bathroom. The spacious, air-conditioned living room features seating, a fireplace, and a chaise longue for relaxing. The large, bright kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, dishes, silverware, and numerous small kitchen appliances. It is well-equipped. Good Wi-Fi is also available. All of the villa’s terraces feature seating and tables. In the light-filled sunroom, you can dine with the whole family at the large dining table or relax in the cozy sitting area. From the sun terrace, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the garden with its pool all the way to Mount Tossal Gros. The house is monitored by security cameras, which are turned off during your stay to ensure your privacy. A supermarket, restaurants, a first-aid station, and numerous hiking trails are located very close to the vacation villa, some of which are within walking distance. Javea town is about 5 km away. At the lively Arenal Beach, you can swim, sail, or go scuba diving—all of which are available there. A beautiful beach promenade features numerous shops and restaurants. The ice cream shops are also highly recommended. In the summer, you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas there.
