Welcome to Your Home Away from Home – Ocean View Comfort and Relaxation

Our spacious, ocean-view condo is the perfect destination—whether you're looking to unwind in peace or enjoy a fun-filled family adventure. This is our cherished second home, and we selectively rent it to guests who will treat it with the same care and respect we do.

Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, the condo features all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy direct ocean views from both the living room and the master bedroom. With 1,400 square feet of living space, there’s plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out and relax.

Start your mornings with a stunning sunrise over the ocean, unwind on the private balcony in the evening, or stargaze at night with the calming sound of the waves as your backdrop.

Located in a quiet, sought-after area of Myrtle Beach, the condo is just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, spas, shopping, and more. The heart of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand’s top attractions are just a short drive away—but the best part? You're only steps from the beautiful sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Please Note:
All guests must agree to follow our HOA rules and regulations.

Parking is limited to one vehicle. If you bring a second car, it must be parked in a nearby public lot.

Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, and rented golf carts are not permitted on the property.

To maintain the quality of our home, we do not rent to student groups or singles under the age of 25.

Great Beach Stay

Our stay was amazing. This was our first time in Myrtle beach and this home really enhanced our stay! It had everything we needed, was clean, and more than anything was a minute walk from the beach.

Cousins week

My cousins and I stayed here for a mini reunion. The condo was in a great location with lovely views. There was easy access to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very comfortable.

Awesome condo and great location!

We loved the smaller complex and friendly neighbors! We could see the ocean from our balcony and it was just a short walk down there. The condo was clean and perfect for our group. The location is perfect because it was a short drive to restaurants and go-kart teacks. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo!

Very nice and clean condo from the get go. Big and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach and great restaurants. It was everything we could've wanted for a family vacation. Would definitely love to come back to this condo.

Beautiful view!

We had a great experience staying in this condo! We spent a week there within walking distance to the beach and many other places. Great Week

What a wonderful week. Condo was perfect, great location and plenty of room. Loved how close we were to the beach (one block, easy walk to the beach). Also enjoyed having some beach towels and chairs to use (great extra!). Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great/Safe stay for family

This by far is the best condo we have stayed at. Very homey feel, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condo comes stocked with everything you need. Never a struggle to find parking. The area and complex is very quiet and safe but close enough to all the hussle if thats what you like. The host was exceptional and quick to respond to all my questions. Will definitely book this condo again.

Quiet area, short walk to the beach

The property was just as advertised- clean, easy walk to the beach, views of the water from multiple rooms, balcony, quiet area of town but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My husband and I worked throughout the week with no wi-fi issues. Owner is very responsive with every communication. We’d stay again!

Our family enjoyed our week stay at this property. It was a quiet place that was close to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor grill was a plus. Comfortable and cozy for all with adequate space. The space was cery clean. The owners were available and helpful. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay! We met extended family at the beach for a fun filled week. We booked this location because we were supposed to have four more family members come but we’re unable to join us due to an illness. We still had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Close to everything!

We love staying at the condo

Just pack yourself, bring your clothes, your personal things and everything else is provided. Every detail had been thought of. The condo is clean. The location is perfect. Not one complaint. The community was welcoming and quiet. This is our 3rd summer back at the same one. We will definitely be back again. Worst part is having to go home.

Great Vacation home! All of the necessities were present as well as extras. Upgraded unit with clean and comfortable atmosphere. Walk to the beach was further than anticipated but definitely not bad with sidewalks and the use of a BeachBuggy. Extra chairs and pool toys came in handy! Owner provided linens, towels were clean and excellent shape! Balcony view of ocean was ideal. Had a great week and would definitely recommend this unit!

Amazing condo in a quiet area

We loved everything about this property! Location, amenities, decor and all the comforts of home. A short walk to the beach and very close to Publix, Food Lion and restaurants. Kristie was quick to respond when I had questions. If you need to get an Amazon delivery, make sure to add a note asking them to deliver it to the door. If not, it can get put into the mailbox and that’s a pain (trust me 🤣). We are already planning our trip to stay here next year!

We’re also passionate animal lovers and share our home with some amazing Boxers—we even breed them! Life is never dull, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Why Did We Purchase This Property?
Great question! We've been visiting Myrtle Beach nearly every year since Jeff was a kid—it’s a special place for our family, full of memories and traditions.

Over the years, we’ve stayed in this very complex multiple times and always loved it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach—so close that our kids can walk back and forth safely on their own. Plus, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, far from the hustle and bustle you'd find at a hotel.

When this particular condo became available, we knew it was meant to be!

When the opportunity to buy a condo—especially this one—came up, we jumped on it! It has the best ocean view in the entire complex, and it immediately gave us that cozy, second home feeling.

You're not staying in a hotel here. No cramped, stuffy hallways. No noise from other travelers. Just peace, comfort, and the sound of the waves.
