Our cozy vacation apartment, measuring about 28 m², is ideal for 2 people—and a toddler up to 3 years old stays for free. Here you’ll enjoy a lovingly designed apartment in a quiet location, with a separate entrance and plenty of privacy.

You’re just a 10-minute walk from the fine-sand beach of the Baltic Sea and the lively town center of Heringsdorf, with its cafés, shops, and restaurants.

The light-filled apartment impresses with its high-quality furnishings and a cozy atmosphere—perfect for leaving the daily grind behind.
Your dog is also welcome (additional fee applies; please specify when booking).

Linen packages (towels & bedding) are included in the price—so you can start your vacation feeling relaxed.

Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.

Everything in a compact space—well-designed, cozy, and fully equipped. 

This modern studio apartment offers a well-designed combination of sleeping, living, and kitchen areas. The comfortable double bed, the cozy couch area with a flat-screen TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi create the perfect conditions for relaxing days and evenings. 

The built-in kitchen features a 2-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In the adjacent dining area, you can enjoy your meals in a peaceful atmosphere.

The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. For your convenience, a broom, dustpan, and other cleaning supplies are provided. 

For our younger guests, we offer a travel crib, high chair, cozy children’s bedding, and access to our small play trailer upon request—ideal for young families. 
For guests with electric vehicles, we offer a wall-mounted charging station at the house. For a flat fee, you can charge your car as often as you like, with no limits.

Your four-legged friend is welcome, too—the garden with its terrace is perfect for playing and relaxing.
