• Location: Our charming house at Weinstraße 163, 67434 Neustadt an der Weinstraße, was built in 1850 and tells the stories of times gone by. Once a winery, it is now a charming, cozy home that welcomes you right in the heart of the Wine Route.


• Surroundings: The location of our house is simply unbeatable. The imposing Hambach Castle, a historic symbol of the German democracy movement, is right nearby. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque vineyards that gently stretch across the hills. For nature lovers, the nearby forest trails offer ideal opportunities for hiking and exploring the beautiful surroundings.


• Transportation: Despite its idyllic location, our house is well connected. The Hambach Horstweg bus stop is just a short walk away and offers convenient access to public transportation. Our vacation apartments: Our vacation home features two separate vacation apartments, both located on the first floor. Each apartment features a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. We have taken special care to preserve the character of the house, which is why both apartments have been partially renovated while retaining the home’s original features. This creates a unique atmosphere that allows you to experience the feeling of staying in an authentic historic apartment.
