Two-story vacation home (for up to 8 people) nestled in a very family-friendly, car-free vacation village located right by the sea. The ocean is within walking distance (150 m). In addition to an Olympic-sized pool, the vacation village features an oversized swimming and recreational pool measuring 3,100 m² with a fantastic water play area. For the little ones, there’s also a separate children’s wading pool and playgrounds. Additionally, the resort features 2 bars and 2 restaurants with a pizzeria, a small grocery store, a kiosk, a laundromat, and free parking. The approximately 200 row bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished; they are situated in a large nature reserve and offer a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. Playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, plenty of sports options, the gently sloping beach, and the wide variety of dining options make the resort an ideal vacation destination.
The two-story, brick-built 3-bedroom PET bungalow accommodates 6 people, with a maximum capacity of 8. The property is located in the zone where pets (including dogs) are permitted. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding sliding door. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom, the open, well-equipped kitchen (with dishes, cutlery, pots, and a microwave), and a toilet/shower (the first floor accommodates 4 to a maximum of 6 people). On the upper floor (accessible via an exterior spiral staircase) is the attic room with two single beds, a separate toilet and sink, and a rooftop terrace. A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation. The covered seating area with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children let off steam on the playground. Approx. 3.5 hours from the Italian border. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
A lush pine grove stretches along the coast between the sea and the vacation village. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 150 m from the resort (a 2-minute walk) and can be easily reached via a footpath. Both a public and a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas are available.
POOL
In addition to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, the resort also features an oversized swimmingand recreational pool covering 3,100 m² with a shallow area for toddlers. The fantastic water play area with slides is sure to delight children. There is also a separate children’s wading pool for the little ones and toddlers.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Thanks to the car-free grounds, your little ones can move about the entire resort without worry. An entertainment team (German/Italian, partly F) organizes games, contests, and sports activities during the day. In the evenings, there’s entertainment, shows, and dancing (during peak season). Mini-club (for children ages 4 to 12, 6 days a week), animated film screenings, and computer games. Of course, playgrounds are also part of the fun...
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Within the resort, you have the following options: Gymnastics, bocce, water sports, aerobics, (beach) volleyball, soccer, table tennis, dancing, archery, etc. There are also 2 floodlit tennis courts available within the resort for a fee. Bicycle rental. Outside the resort, for a fee, you also have the following options, among others: mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, or banana boat rides. The biking and jogging trails in the pine grove are also ideal for sports and are available to you at any time.

MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans. Shopping options are also nearby.
PETS
Up to 3 pets are allowed per accommodation and must be declared at the time of booking. The property is fenced in for the dogs.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
Barbecuing is permitted on the property; if you do not wish to bring your own grill, you can also use the communal barbecue areas.

The vacation village is located right on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. Casal Borsetti (approx. 16 km north of Ravenna), with its beautiful beaches, is nestled in the Po Delta Park, surrounded by pine forests, the Comacchio Lagoons, and the Punte Alberete Nature Reserve, which is located just a few kilometers west of the town. The nature park and the gently rolling hills offer a paradise for nature lovers. The vacation village is located on the outskirts of Casal Borsetti, and the fine-sand beach can be reached via a footpath through a small pine grove in just about 150 meters. The vacation village is easily accessible by car as well as by public transportation (regular bus service to Ravenna). The surrounding area offers a wealth of enchanting and unforgettable natural beauty!
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Casal Borsetti is located about 80 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. This former fishing village offers plenty of nature and borders the beautiful Po Delta. Here you can enjoy bike rides or walks through the beautiful natural surroundings. On Sundays, you can visit the market, and there are also several restaurants and cafés. The province of Ravenna is located on the beautiful Adriatic coast. If you’re traveling with children, you should definitely visit the Atlantica Water Park in Cecenatico. The park offers plenty of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is a great choice, where you can see lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! Cesena is home to an UNESCO site: the Malatesta Library, considered the oldest fully preserved municipal library in Europe.
