The 48 m² apartment offers plenty of space for two adults to settle in, take a deep breath, and spend a relaxing vacation. The beach and promenade are just a few minutes’ easy walk away—ideal for spontaneous strolls, a swim in the Baltic Sea, or your first coffee while breathing in the sea air. Kellenhusen’s dune landscape was shaped by the interplay of water, wind, and vegetation and represents a dynamic ecosystem.

The living area features a welcoming design and high-quality furnishings: Herringbone vinyl flooring, elegant interior doors and sliding doors, as well as select furniture, create a calm, modern atmosphere. A 55-inch TV, a comfortable two-seater sofa, and two recliners invite you to unwind. The stone-look coffee table complements the space—clean, stylish, and easy to maintain.
