The vacation rental spans two levels. The lower level features an elegant bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m), oak parquet flooring, and custom-built cabinetry, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, natural stone flooring, and underfloor heating.
On the first floor, you’ll find an exclusive custom-built kitchen featuring a wine refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. The open-concept living area is furnished with designer furniture, a solid oak dining table, and stylish details, combining luxury with a cozy atmosphere.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Plus a one-time fee: €119 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please plan arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is due at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
