Vacation Home in Oelsnitz in the Beautiful Vogtland Region

This modern, family-friendly home was completely renovated in 2024 and features two separate vacation apartments. Both offer comfortable amenities, heated floors, and a terrace that’s perfect for barbecuing and relaxing.
The vacation home can also be rented in its entirety.

Basement Apartment (approx. 45 m²):
This ground-floor apartment is suitable for up to 3 people and includes:
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 single bed)
- Bathroom with natural light, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer
- Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishes
- Living room with TV, internet radio, dining table, and sofa

Ethernet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. A washing machine is available upon request. Bedding and towels are included in the price.

There are parking spaces for up to 3 vehicles. Bicycles can be stored indoors, and a charging station for e-bikes is available.
A grill, fire pit, and patio furniture are available.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke outdoors.

The vacation home is located on a spacious, quiet property on the outskirts of Oelsnitz/Vogtl. in the Lauterbach district. It offers the ideal setting for relaxing, hiking, and biking, and is a perfect starting point for exploring the Vogtland region.

The Vogtland Way of St. James runs right past the property, and access to the Vogtland Panorama Trail is also nearby. Other bike trails, such as the Elster Bike Trail and the Musikanten Bike Trail, are within easy reach. The Ski- und Bikewelt in Schöneck is only 20 km away.

The Pirk and Pöhl reservoirs, which can be reached in just 10 minutes, offer wonderful opportunities for relaxation. The spa towns of Bad Elster and Bad Brambach are also easily accessible.
