Vacation home for 4 people with large pool in the bay of St. Tropez

Just outside the village of La Garde-Freinet lies our estate, Esprit de Vie—right on the edge of the nature reserve.
Our nearly 6-hectare property is nestled among the hills of the Bay of St. Tropez. Our two houses are surrounded by well-tended flower beds, terraces, and the large, gravel-covered Belvédère. In the spring, enjoy the splendor of the lilies in bloom; in the summer, breathe in the scent of lavender, rosemary, and blooming oleander; in the fall, gather the best chestnuts; and in the winter, delight in tree strawberries (a superfood), the warming sun, and the yellow-blooming mimosa in late winter.
Our property is secured against uninvited guests by a fence and an automatic gate system. You can park your car conveniently and securely in our carport.
Just a few steps away, you’ll find our 12 x 6-meter pool with a furnished pool house and comfortable lounge chairs; right next to it is the boules court (pétanque).
Here, you can enjoy a vacation with your loved ones to relax and unwind, or be active and engage in sports, enrich yourself culturally, or experience the hustle and bustle of the surrounding towns, villages, and beach clubs.
As soon as you step through the historic wooden door, you’ll feel the special charm of this house. Here you’ll find modern, stylish furniture combined with antiques, a rustic and cozy Bullerjan stove, and a large dining table by Le Corbusier for your meals together. In the two bedrooms, high-quality, 180-cm-wide box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room features its own modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, high-quality fixtures, plenty of storage space, and a large mirror.
In the very well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal: Of course, an induction cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher are provided. But the smaller appliances—such as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pans, pots, and baking dishes—along with plenty of kitchen utensils and tableware, offer you the best opportunities to get creative in the kitchen. The counter, which can be used as a work surface from both sides, is perfect for cooking together.
In addition to a high-quality leather sofa and two Art Deco armchairs, the spacious living room also features a satellite TV with many German and international channels. The antique cabinets provide ample storage space for your kitchenware, and the 2-meter-long dining table has room for everyone.
The rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard with great attention to detail, making it easy to feel right at home here.
All windows are equipped with shutters, so you can protect yourself from the sun during the day and darken the rooms at night
A washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a clothes rack are provided.
And if you’d like to unwind outdoors on the patio or in the private garden area, you’ll find cozy lounge chairs as well as a dining area with comfortable chairs, seat cushions, outdoor lighting, and an outdoor faucet.
Old cork oaks and grapevines—which wind around the wrought-iron railing of the terrace like a canopy of leaves—provide pleasant shade in some areas of the terrace and the private garden.
