The spacious vacation rental consists of a living room with a sitting area, dining area, and TV; a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster); 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom on the first floor and two double bedrooms on the upper floor), and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The large garden, perfect for barbecuing, running around, playing, swimming, and relaxing, is available to all guests.

Interaction with guests
We are four siblings who inherited the house from our grandparents, and one of us is always happy to be available on-site to answer questions, offer tips, and help with any issues. Upon request, we’ll give you recommendations on where to buy fresh fish, visit a fishing harbor, go for a walk, go swimming, and much more.
The Neighborhood
The North Sea, with its beautiful Wadden Sea, is perfect for long walks and excursions. However, since swimming there is limited, there is a separate beach in town that is popular with vacationers. Regardless of the tides, you can also swim in a small lake filled with fresh seawater right by the ocean. The charming little fishing village of Fedderwardersiel is very easy to reach, and day trips are offered from there. In case of bad weather, you can also visit the play barn in town with your children. The beautiful cities of Bremen, Bremerhaven, and Wilhelmshaven are also worth exploring.
Transportation
A free parking lot is located right next to the house. Covered bicycle storage is also available. You can rent bicycles at affordable rates in the neighboring town.

Since this is a spa town, the municipality of Butjadingen
charges a visitor’s fee starting from 01.01.2021:
April 1 – October 31 (per night and per person)
2.85 euros for adults and children (ages 13 and up)
1.95 euros for children (ages 3–12)
Children ages 0–2 are free
November 1 – March 31 (per night and person)
1.25 euros for adults and children (ages 13 and up)
0.85 euros for children (ages 3–12)
Children ages 0–2 stay free
This also entitles you to many worthwhile local discounts.



The small, cozy vacation rental for 2 people and the large vacation rental for up to 10 people are located in a traditional thatched-roof house right on the dike in a quiet location just steps from the sea. On the large garden property, you also have a separate area where you can relax, have a barbecue, and wind down at the end of the day. A free parking space is located right next to the house. Covered bike storage is also available. Right next to the vacation apartments is our vacation home for up to 8 people. With us, you can enjoy your vacation with up to 18 people.
Starting in May, a shared outdoor pool will be available for your use.



On-site costs: The final cleaning fee is already included in the price. The visitor’s fee will be settled directly with the rental owner. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional 4 euros per person.
