Gîte La Grange – Comfort and Relaxation in the Heart of Périgord Vert

Located in Saint-Martial-d'Albarède, Gîte La Grange offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday in the Périgord Vert. This two-storey house accommodates up to 4 people and features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.



For your comfort, the gîte is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work or video calls, a television, and a washing machine.



A parking space is available on the property and free street parking is also available. Please note the property is not suitable for children aged 4 and under, due to its first-floor layout. Parents and guardians are asked to supervise young children closely at all times for safety.



Guests have access to a shared garden; however, please be aware that access is via the road in front of the property. The garden is not suitable for young or unsupervised children.



To ensure everyone's comfort, it is not possible to bring pets, smoke, or organize parties. You are kindly asked to leave the house clean and tidy, with bedding removed and ready for collection.



The gîte also provides waste sorting instructions and energy-saving lighting to make your stay more responsible and pleasant.
