Access is barrier-free: from the underground car park, you can conveniently take the lift directly to your apartment on the 8th floor.



Ideal for those who seek nature, water, and tranquillity, but also value a diverse range of leisure activities and good restaurants. Business travellers or trade fair visitors will also find the perfect retreat here to relax and recharge after a long day.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and kettle.



The cosy sleeping/living room has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm, pushed together as a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm).



A small balcony offers a view of greenery and a side view of Lake Steinhude.



Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground car park are available free of charge.



An extra bed, cot, and high chair are available on request.
