The location is unique—you won’t need a car, and everything is within easy walking distance: the pier, the beach, and the town center with its shops and restaurants, as well as the Dünentherme spa, therapy center, and doctors’ offices.

On the side of the house, you’ll find a sunny balcony with a table and two balcony chairs.
The beach chair invites you to relax with its breathtaking view of the North Sea.

The living area features a cozy corner sofa set that sleeps two, a smart TV, and a large dining table that seats four, located in front of the kitchenette.

There is a small hallway with a coat rack and a dresser, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a closet.

Shower room with toilet and window.

This is a non-smoking apartment; one small dog is welcome for a fee. You can park your car on the property (no VW buses), and there is a bike storage room with an electrical outlet.
