The building where the vacation rental is located is part of the PLATAN residential complex, which is a modern and aesthetically pleasing residential development. The building has an elevator. The property features many green spaces and children’s playgrounds that guests can use.

The PLATAN residential complex, where the apartment is located, is near the city center. Nearby are the UBB station, shops, playgrounds, a post office, and city hall. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. It’s a 5-minute drive to the border.
A bike path runs right past the building, allowing you to reach many tourist attractions on both the Polish and German sides. Bicycles can be rented via the website balticbike.pl



Platan (CH12 Family):

Spacious (72 m²) apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator, located in a gated community called Osiedle Platan.

The apartment consists of two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm).

The spacious living room features a sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm) and a TV stand with a television. The balcony is accessible from the living room.

The kitchen is a separate room. It is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with four burners, a dishwasher, a microwave, and all necessary dishes.

The bathroom features a corner bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine.

The area surrounding the apartment offers many attractions—there is a playground for children nearby, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Parking is available in public parking lots within the residential complex or in nearby paid municipal parking lots (unattended).



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
