Completely updated, modern and light-filled Cape Cod-style home. You cannot beat this location overlooking the vineyard and only a short walk to the beach or a short stroll to town. LONG TERM RENTAL RATES:
- Summer season (Memorial - Labor Day): $18,000
- 30 day stays: 50% rate discount

The town zoning law requires that property be offered for rent for a period of no less than 14 nights. During this time period, you will have the exclusive right to occupy the property, but you may not sublet the property. No guests are allowed to be on the property unless you are also occupying the property. Please inquire if you have any questions @ 646-245-4576.

Enjoy dining alfresco on this beautifully landscaped 0.25 acre property overlooking the sprawling Kontakosta Vineyard; outdoor space includes a fire pit, gas and charcoal grills, and a dining table for 8. This peaceful retreat offers visitors the best that Greenport has to offer: take a quick 15 minute walk to town for dining and shopping, stroll around the corner for a waterfront wine tasting or visit the famous “67 Steps” beach located at the end of the street.

Inside the home, relax in an open concept kitchen and dining space that includes a large chef’s kitchen with every cooking amenity you need; dishwasher, microwave, gas range and washer / dryer. The dining room has a cathedral ceiling and seats 8. The living room has a working wood burning fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, and WiFi.

A cozy screened porch with ceiling fan and lounge seating offers a peaceful spot perfect for morning coffee or catching up on a good book.

The master bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms with a king and full size bed, respectively, a sleeping alcove and bathroom with large glass shower.

Living and sleeping spaces on the first and second floor have ceiling fans; window A/C units are also available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Linens and towels included.

Girl’s Weekend

An amazing property for our combined 60th birthdays! Excellent house, very clean and an abundance of amenities. Close to the heart of Greenport and all the restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this beautiful house.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Fantastic home and location!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was really clean and the bedding was comfortable. It was the perfect location for my mom’s birthday celebration. We were able to walk to the vineyard next door and drive into Greenport for food, drinks, and shopping. We hope to be back again one day.

Wonderful Weekend in Greenport

This was a lovely rental in a great location. Just a few minutes from town which has tons of great shops and restaurants The house was just as pictured if not better and extremely clean. It was nicely decorated and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Relaxing Neighborhood

We really enjoyed the backyard and view of the vineyard. Wonderful area to walk around as well with the ocean at the end of the street and some fun nature trails further down. House was great for the six of us. Thank you!

We loved it! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you can possibly need. Clean, well located, beautiful yard and perfect location. We would definitely stay again and want to Thank the hosts for allowing us to rent their beautiful comfortable home!

Charming House Near Greenport

The property was very charming and exactly as described. The amenities were the best we’ve seen and helped us out tremendously! We enjoyed the screened in porch and would have enjoyed the amazing backyard if the weather would have cooperated. Lisa was extremely responsive and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! Greenport at it's best!

Spent a 4 night getaway and was our second time renting this property. Great location about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront downtown and a 3 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. Nice backyard for gathering with friends around the firepit. Nice house and backyard to just relax or enjoy the shopping and restaurants a short distance walk away. Looking forward to visiting again.

Relaxing Wine Country Weekend

This house is absolutely perfect! Awesome coastal decor, cozy, inviting and spotless. The pictures really don't even do it justice!! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and linens. While we didn't spend too.much time outdoors due to the chilly weather, the yard is lovely with plenty of furniture and a fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

August vacation

Property was excellent and Lisa was a terrific host. Short walk to 67 steps beach down the road was well worth it, great sunsets and views of LI Sound. Only minor negative was frequent barking of dogs in houses on either side of us, but not the end of the world. View of vineyard in backyard was very nice, felt a bit like being in France.

The owner was very pleasant and the setting looking out on the vineyard was delightful.

We could have used beach chairs and beach towels as they are not easy to acquire in the area. Also there were no paper products on hand.

Great Greenport Getaway

We were four adults in the house - which was a good fit! House was very clean and updated bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Super nice backyard looking at the vineyard and felt very private. It was nice to walk to the end of the street to see the sunset. Lots of stairs to the beach so only went down once. Town is close by, but we drove (long walk) - IGA supermarket is convenient. Great restaurants - Eddies - good food and on the beach, The Port, Claudio's on the water and Duryea's in Orient Point (great boat/people watching!) Hostess was easy to work with, good instructions, and happy to help. Would totally recommend this house - good value for sure! Arlene

Wonderful!

The house was IMMACULATE, so clean! The beds were comfy and the location perfect! The 67 Steps beach at the end of the street is a must see with all its beautiful pebbles, town center is walking distance from the house which is handy. The vineyard behind the house is the perfect backdrop when enjoying the fire pit in the backyard. Lisa is a gracious host and her home is WONDERFUL!

Gorgeous house and yard!

Stayed at Lisa’s lovely home the week of our son’s wedding in the Greenport area with another couple who were the first people to hold him the day he was born after my husband and myself. The house and yard were beautiful places to catch up and reflect on the past thirty odd years. Walking to the 67 step beach at the end of the road to catch the sunset just as my son did the evening he proposed was special too. Highly recommended.

Great location and beautiful house!

This house was everything promised. Location was a 10 minute walk to town and was a pleasure to walk past so many old historic homes along the way. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Backyard was nice to hang out overlooking the vineyard vines of the winery. Very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property. Excellent communication with the owner and super smooth check-in. Perfect for 3 couples for a friends getaway. Our group is already talking about next year!
