Just about 300 meters away, you’ll find Strandstraße, the lively promenade of Kühlungsborn East. The complex features coin-operated washers, coin-operated dryers, and a bike storage room (subject to availability). Each vacation apartment has its own free outdoor parking space right next to the building.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH A SMALL TERRACE
Vacation Apartment No. 04 at the Ulmenschlösschen can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the first floor, in a quiet spot on the northwest side of the building. Spanning approximately 50 m², this cozy, lovingly furnished vacation rental features a light-filled living area, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a small, inviting terrace that’s ideal for outdoor breakfasts.

In the cozy living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious corner couch, which can be converted into a comfortable bed in just a few simple steps. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs and books. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available, and you can use the Amazon Fire TV Stick connected to the TV with your own login credentials to access on-demand streaming services.

The stylish, open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, and toaster. The spacious dining table comfortably seats up to 5 people.

The two bedrooms are lovingly furnished and offer restful retreats. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a closet with a built-in TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bunk bed (80x200m / 160x200m when extended), a flat-screen TV, and a small wall shelf with coat hooks. Curtains provide the privacy you desire.

The modern shower room is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, so you can feel completely at ease. The apartment features a harmonious blend of tile and laminate flooring; it is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. For added convenience, you can rent bed linens and towels for a fee. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions.

The apartment comes with its own outdoor parking space (No. 04), and a bike shed (subject to availability) is also available. You can also use the coin-operated washers and dryers in the building.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
