The 3½-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is arranged over the first and second floors of a well-maintained residence with a total of eleven units. The complex consists of three two-storey buildings and enjoys a sunny, peaceful setting surrounded by lush vegetation.

On the lower level, the comfortable living room features a daybed, dining table and fireplace. Satellite TV, a hi-fi system and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience. From the living area, you have direct access to the covered, lake-facing balcony with outdoor furniture. Here, you can relax while enjoying wide panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a modern cooking unit, electric hob and dishwasher, providing a practical setting for self-catering. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this level.

The second floor features two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has direct access to its own balcony with panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. The second bedroom features two single beds. An additional bathroom with bathtub and toilet provides extra convenience. High sloping ceilings with exposed wooden beams give the upper floor a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere.

Guests also have access to the residence’s shared outdoor swimming pool, measuring approximately 4 × 8 metres, together with a small lawn area for relaxing. Depending on the weather, the pool is generally open from around mid-May until mid-September.

Access by car is possible up to a point above the property, from where an inclined lift takes you conveniently to the accommodation. A reserved covered parking space is available. The nearest bus stop and Lake Maggiore with its public bathing area are approximately 1.1 kilometres away, while shops can be reached within around 1.8 kilometres.

Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided for your stay. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. During the winter months, the accommodation is available on request.
