Magnificent 3* gîte de charme totally renovated in old wood and noble materials in the village of La Giettaz. The chalet is an old farmhouse dating from 1820, and comprises 3 gîtes.

The gîte Le Logis can accommodate up to 10 people.

You enter into a large, open-plan living room:

- the cosy living room with 2 sofas and TV, a large dining table for all your meals, and a highly functional kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge-freezer with water, ice and crushed-ice dispenser, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, raclette and fondue machines, etc.).



- 3 comfortable bedrooms with very recent bedding: 2 family rooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bunk bed + 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed

- 2 bathrooms (Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer)

- Outside cupboard with heated ski boot rack, ski storage.

In a magnificent setting with breathtaking views, this chalet will delight mountain lovers. Skiing, hiking and Savoyard gastronomy await you in a village that has remained typical and welcoming (La Giettaz), linked to a large ski area (Portes de Mont Blanc = La Giettaz, Combloux, Megève. Open from the end of December to the end of March) 5 minutes away by car, ESF, childcare, free parking. Shuttle bus 6 minutes' walk downhill (more sporty at the top).

Winter snow tires essential.

5-minute drive to village center: grocery store, bakeries, restaurants-pizzerias, bar-tabac-souvenirs, ski rental. Numerous winter and summer events.

Hiking and snowshoe trails start at the foot of the chalet. Cyclists can climb the surrounding passes (Aravis, Croix Fry, les Saisies...).
