Enjoy your stay in our cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in Detmold’s Südstadt neighborhood, in the Berlebeck district. With an area of approximately 68 square meters, the apartment can accommodate two to a maximum of three people.
Berlebeck, located south of Detmold, is about five kilometers from the city center and is easily accessible via bus line 701. The bus stop is just a five-minute walk away. From the vacation apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Teutoburg Forest, including the Wallberg and other hills. The Hermannsweg trail and the R1 long-distance bike route run right through the town.
Worth seeing are the Adlerwarte, Germany’s largest center for birds of prey, and the 12th-century Falkenburg ruins. The Wächterhof, dating from 1488, and the paper mill from 1607 are additional historical highlights. Berlebeck is also a climatic health resort and is known for the Berlebeck springs, which supply Detmold’s drinking water.

The vacation apartment offers approximately 68 m² of space for two to three people. From the light-filled living room, you can enjoy the view of the Wallberg and relax on the bay window balcony to soak up the sun or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower and towels.
The colorful living room features a large sofa, armchairs, a smart TV, a bookshelf, and a writing area. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x2 m), which can be separated into twin beds if needed, as well as a spacious wardrobe.
The well-equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, tea station, SodaStream, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A window seat is perfect for breakfast. A cozy nook with seating and a futon bed for an additional sleeping option is located in the entryway.
There is a parking space for your car, and your bicycles can be stored safely in the bike garage.



On-site fees: The remaining balance is due via bank transfer or in cash on site.Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, if necessary.Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
