The villa offers approximately 190 m² of living space with sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests and features 3 separate bedrooms. This makes the house particularly suitable for larger families or groups travelling together who still want plenty of space during their stay.

The spacious living area forms the heart of the house. Especially on cooler days, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and an authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling. For entertainment, there is a television with German channels, a PlayStation and even a piano.

Modern comforts are also provided. Internet access and air conditioning offer additional convenience during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for cooking together and enjoying sociable meals with family or friends.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, making the villa practical for longer stays.
