The 3-room vacation apartment is on the mezzanine level and can accommodate up to 5 people. The living space of this approximately 85 m² apartment is divided into a living room (with Wi-Fi and satellite TV), two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest restroom. The living/dining room features a large, cozy seating area and a dining table; from there, you can also access the sunroom, which has a relaxation area and a foosball table for exciting matches. The separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner induction stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a small seating area in the kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet; the second bedroom has a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a closet as well. Both bedrooms open onto the balcony, where you can also barbecue. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and the bedrooms can also be darkened with roller shutters. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The guest bathroom has a toilet and sink.

Parking is available in an underground garage, from which you can access the building and the apartment directly.
There are bike racks outside on the property for bicycles.

Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity: a Netto supermarket and an EDEKA supermarket with a bakery are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Our Grömitz Zoo, “Arche Noah,” is located right near your accommodations.
