Treat yourselves to a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Breton countryside at this elegant villa with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a secluded 2,800 m² private garden. Enjoy peace and greenery just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz exhibition center.



Perfect for family or group stays, the house accommodates up to 8 guests in a spacious, bright, and comfortable setting. There are 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms with queen-size 160 cm beds. Two single 90x200 cm beds are available on request. The sunlit living room opens directly onto the terrace and pool, while the kitchen is fully equipped.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: a large tiled pool, 4-person jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table, and access to the organic vegetable garden in summer only. The expansive garden and terrace are perfect for long summer evenings with a barbecue and plancha.



Ideally located to explore Brittany’s top sights. In under an hour, visit the beaches from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the famous Brocéliande forest, or Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking, equestrian center, water sports, golf, and climbing.



Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests listed in the contract are permitted. EV charging station available with meter. Washing machine accessible for stays of 5 nights or more. No pets or children under 6. Cleaning service available for an extra fee. Any damage or breakage will incur additional charges.
