It’s just a 2-minute walk to Theresienwiese, where the Oktoberfest, the Spring Festival, and the Tollwood Winter Festival take place. Stachus and the pedestrian zone, the main train station, and the central bus station (ZOB) are all within a 10-minute walk. The nearest subway station, “Theresienwiese,” is 100 meters away.
