The village of Mildstedt borders directly on Husum and is only about 3 kilometers from the city center. The train station in Husum is also just a few minutes away, making day trips in the region—such as to St. Peter-Ording, Sylt, or the North Frisian Halligen—easy. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find bakeries, shopping options, a village store, and dining options. Additionally, Mildstedt offers a quiet residential setting with little through traffic. You can set out on walks or bike rides through the North Frisian marshlands right from your front door.

The spacious “Vier Jahreszeiten” semi-detached home offers approximately 120 square meters of living space, providing ample room for up to four people. The living area is spacious and offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Large windows, light-colored curtains, and a patio door allow plenty of natural light to flood in and create a pleasant connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. From here, you have direct access to the furnished patio with its own beach chair—a sheltered spot for quiet moments outdoors. The seating area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a cozy armchair. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, as does a small selection of books on the open shelf. Thoughtfully chosen details, such as the glass table with seashell decorations and stylish accents, give the room a personal, homey touch.

The open kitchen is functionally furnished and has everything you need for daily self-catering. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and much more. The bright dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen and is furnished with a table and four comfortable upholstered chairs—ideal for shared meals.

The first of the house’s two bedrooms is located on the first floor. The room is decorated in light, soothing colors and furnished with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm). A wardrobe with a mirrored front also offers ample storage space for your clothes. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, a makeup mirror, and a towel warmer.

An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There, a small sitting area with a sofa and side table invites you to linger—an ideal spot for reading or relaxing. From here, you can access two bedrooms that blend harmoniously into the attic space. The first is furnished with a single bed (140 x 200 cm), a mirrored wardrobe, and a chair. The second bedroom features a single bed (90 x 200), a cozy armchair, and another wardrobe. Both rooms are pleasantly lit by skylights.

The well-maintained garden with seating areas invites you to linger and also offers sunny spots surrounded by greenery. On the side of the house, there is also a small, secluded terrace with an awning. Here you’ll find a table with four chairs—ideal for a cup of coffee or a relaxing breakfast outdoors.
