This newly built half of a vacation home awaits you in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. The network of bike paths runs right past the house, inviting you to enjoy long bike rides and hikes. It’s just under six kilometers through the unspoiled Darß Forest to the western beach. The neighboring town of Born offers good amenities, including shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.

About the Semi-Detached House
On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming, light-filled living room with a cozy corner couch by the wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area blend seamlessly into the space, creating an open-concept living environment. Here, you can cook, feast, and chat together. A guest bathroom with a shower/toilet and heated floors, as well as an utility room with a washing machine, are also located on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a TV, are located on the upper floor. A second bathroom with a shower/toilet and underfloor heating is also available on this floor, and the built-in sauna provides little moments of wellness any time of year.
The attic features a third bedroom with two single beds, which can serve as an additional children’s room or a quiet retreat. From here, you have a small view of the Bodden.

On the terrace, you can relax and wind down after an eventful day. A gas grill is available. You’ll need to provide your own gas cartridges. A parking space is available for your use.
