This newly redesigned home impresses with a harmonious combination of classic wooden elements, elegant colors, high-quality fabrics, and modern steel accents. Exquisite custom woodwork and thoughtful details create a stylish yet cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax.
The house is situated in a quiet location in Alt-Westerland on a spacious property comprising a total of four separate buildings. Surrounded by a stone wall and hedges, you’ll enjoy a high degree of privacy here. The sunny southwest-facing orientation ensures many relaxing hours on the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air in a beach chair or on the comfortable patio furniture. The beach and Sylt’s West Beach are easily accessible and invite you to take long walks and enjoy relaxing days by the sea.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area that captivates with its open layout and brightness. Comfortable seating, a stylishly integrated fireplace, and a large dining table create the perfect setting for relaxed and convivial vacation moments. The designer kitchen, finished in elegant black, is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso machine, and a wine refrigerator—ideal for connoisseurs and home cooks alike. A guest restroom completes the first floor.
The sleeping areas are luxuriously and comfortably designed. On the upper floor, there is an exclusive master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with its own bathroom. In the basement, there is an additional bedroom with an adjoining bathroom finished in high-quality natural stone. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm). Four flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and the Sonoro luxury sound system with Bluetooth and internet radio round out the amenities.
A special highlight is the private wellness area: The built-in sauna with a bathtub offers pure relaxation and makes your vacation on Sylt a special experience any time of year.

The spacious property is located in Alt-Westerland near Tinnum and is surrounded by a long, overgrown, and flowering Frisian wall typical of the island.

A private parking space is available in front of the house for your car.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person is charged €23 per night.
Plus a one-time fee: €296 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule check-in and check-out days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
