This one-room vacation apartment is located just about 200 m from the beach! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and, with a living area of approximately 26 m², is suitable for up to 2 people.

The combined living and sleeping area features a modern, comfortable double box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and access to the covered, furnished balcony. The well-equipped kitchenette—featuring, for example, a 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave—is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
