This one-room vacation apartment with a balcony is perfect for two people to enjoy their next vacation. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

With a living area of approximately 39 m², this vacation rental is perfect for a vacation for two. The entire interior is modern and coordinated in shades of beige. The living area features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. It also includes a comfortable corner sofa, an armchair, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom with a bathtub features light-colored tiles and offers ample storage space for your toiletries. The living area opens onto a covered, furnished balcony that offers a beautiful view of the sea. In the kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
