This tastefully furnished 2-room vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. With a living area of approximately 50 m², it offers ample space for up to 2 people.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the light-filled living and dining area with a comfortable sofa set, flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, an integrated dining area, and a kitchenette with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and various kitchen accessories. From here, you have direct access to the furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the entire Grömitz marina. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Additional storage space is also available in the hallway. In the modern shower room, amenities such as underfloor heating and a convenient towel warmer ensure comfort and a sense of well-being.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A parking pass is required to enter the marina and access your parking space. You will receive this upon arrival for a refundable deposit. Wi-Fi is included.
