The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, is located on the mezzanine level, features a balcony, has a living area of approximately 44 m²—and offers a view of the sea.

Imagine stepping out onto the balcony in the morning and seeing the Baltic Sea. Hearing the waves. Breathing in the sea air... all of this is possible in this beautiful apartment in the Strandresidenz complex. In the combined living/dining area, you’ll be greeted by a cozy, ocean-blue upholstered sofa set. The couch is a double sofa bed that can be converted into a sleeping area (approx. 140x200 cm) for two people if needed. Take a seat and spend relaxing evenings in front of the TV. Right next to it, you’ll find access to the furnished balcony. Here, you’ll have a front-row seat and can experience the Baltic Sea up close. Simply fantastic. This is sure to become your new favorite spot. The light-colored kitchen cabinetry blends beautifully into the living area. Here you’ll find well-equipped kitchen appliances and can prepare your meals to your heart’s content. The counter off to the side of the kitchen unit is a clever touch. You can sit comfortably and enjoy your meals in the dining nook in the center of the room. For a good night’s sleep, there’s a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The shower room features light-colored tiles and promises a great start to your day. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement of the house.

An outdoor parking space for your car is reserved right next to the house. Your bicycles can be safely stored in the storage room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
