With a living area of approx. 96 m², 3 bedrooms, a large covered terrace, and a fenced-in garden (approx. 600 m²), this spacious, detached vacation home is ideal for families of up to 5 people.

A little kingdom—just for you and your loved ones. Welcome to your vacation. The living area features a spacious, sky-blue sofa arrangement where everyone can find their favorite spot to relax. Directly behind it, you’ll find access to the garden. How about a game of badminton out here? Or would you prefer something a bit more low-key? Then take advantage of the sun loungers and enjoy some sunbathing. The cozy seating area with a parasol also offers a lovely opportunity to enjoy your vacation outdoors. And if the weather isn’t cooperating, you can sit comfortably sheltered on the covered patio. Of course, there’s also a comfortable dining area in the living room. The separate kitchen, with its light-colored cabinetry, is well-equipped with an espresso machine and dishwasher—sure to put any home cook in a good mood. A washing machine and a small seating area for two are also available here. On the first floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200 cm) and a shower room. The upper floor is also equipped with a shower room. In addition, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and one with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). All windows have exterior shutters.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you on the property. There is a covered storage area behind the house for your bicycles. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.
