This dream property features a cozy living area on the first floor with a sleeper sofa that can be converted into a double bed (approx. 140x200 cm) if needed. Magenta TV and a DVD player provide entertainment, and sunbathers can relax on the large west-facing terrace. The adjacent, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher is open to the living area. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor: a master bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and access to the small children’s room, as well as a children’s room with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm). The utility room, equipped with a washer-dryer (coin-operated), a high chair, etc., is adjacent to the second bathroom with a shower.
