The first-floor unit accommodates up to 4 people, features a balcony, has a living area of approximately 44 m²—and offers a view of the sea.

Here, the best views await you—from the balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the pier and the Baltic Sea. What more could you ask for? Step inside the lovingly furnished living/dining area. The sofa and the two armchairs promise cozy hours in front of the TV. Of course, you can “watch TV” even better from the balcony—gaze into the distance and discover what the Baltic Sea and the surrounding area have to offer. The sofa is a double sleeper that can be converted into a cozy sleeping area (140x200 cm) in just a few simple steps. The living/dining area also features an open, modern kitchen with a stovetop and well-equipped appliances. Right next door, you can enjoy your favorite meals in the stylish dining nook. For the night, a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) is available in the separate bedroom. What makes it special: You also have access to the balcony from here. The bathroom, with its light-colored tilework, is a great way to start your day.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the house. You can store your bicycle in a storage room. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
