The property is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor, and spans 2 levels. You’ll enjoy a balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, 81 m² of living space—and a view of the sea.

Here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the pier and the Baltic Sea. The spacious living/dining area features light-colored tile flooring and is tastefully furnished. A comfortable upholstered sofa set promises cozy evenings in front of the TV. Right next to it, you can step out onto the sunny balcony. Did we promise too much!? A great view. The balcony is sure to become your favorite spot. Back in the living area: The open kitchen with a dishwasher is well-equipped and offers all the amenities an amateur chef needs to whip up their favorite meals. A nice touch: You can sit comfortably at a small counter and enjoy your meal. The bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep with a box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm with full-length toppers). The modern shower room with natural light promises a great start to the day. In the apartment’s hallway, a staircase leads up to an open loft. Here you’ll find another bedroom with two twin beds (each 90x200 cm), as well as a cozy sitting area and another TV. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the building. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
