The sofa arrangement in the light-filled living/dining area invites you to spend cozy hours watching TV. The apartment offers another favorite spot with its largely covered balcony. Here, you can relax wonderfully in a sheltered and cozy setting, plan your excursions, or enjoy a feast. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, features a dishwasher—and the high-quality amenities are sure to delight any home cook. The lovely dining area offers another perfect spot to linger. At night, the bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and an additional TV. Here, you’ll enjoy heavenly dreams. The modern shower room includes a sauna, which provides warmth and relaxation—especially on cool days. A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 2 m, steep entrance; not suitable for VW buses or similar vehicles). For bicycles you bring with you, there is a lockable, covered bike storage area at the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you.
