This vacation home is wheelchair-accessible and is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility.

The heart of your vacation home is the light-filled, tastefully furnished living and dining area with a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette where preparing delicious meals will be a breeze.
From the furnished balcony, you’ll enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea and Neustadt’s Ancora Marina. Here you can relax, listen to the seagulls, and soak up the sun.
The separate bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm) and a closet with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe, also contributes to your relaxation. In the modern, spacious bathroom, amenities such as underfloor heating and a walk-in shower ensure comfort and a sense of well-being.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in the bike storage room.
