Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Grömitz Dune Park behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

Freuen Look forward to a charming vacation home in a relaxed location in Grömitz, just a few steps from the beach. In this bright and cozy 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor—featuring a combined living-sleeping area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a beautiful balcony, and a living area of approximately 44 m²—up to 4 people can relax in comfort.

Take the elevator to reach the light-filled vacation apartment, which impresses right from the moment you arrive with its large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The open kitchen with a counter is integrated into the living-sleeping area and makes your vacation wonderfully comfortable thanks to its many amenities, such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The living area opens directly onto the sheltered, southwest-facing balcony. With an area of approximately 7 m², the balcony offers another wonderful place to relax, enjoying the fresh sea air and a beautiful view. The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), 2 nightstands, and a spacious closet. In addition, the living room cabinet can be converted into an extra bed (2x 90x200 cm) for up to two people. The brightly tiled bathroom is comfortably equipped with a corner shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

The apartment includes a private underground parking space right in the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. There is also a lockable bike storage room with a free charging station for e-bikes. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you.

Pets are not allowed. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property.
