Lieblingsplatz Fördezauber: Family-friendly with garden in the quiet countryside

This lovingly furnished wooden vacation home on the Flensburg Fjord is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation or a getaway with your dog.

A small entryway (with a practical, hidden utility area and washing machine) leads into the spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that create plenty of light and a sense of openness. A cozy wood-burning stove provides warm comfort on cooler days. The comfortable couch overlooking the garden, an armchair with a footstool, and the large dining table invite you to spend time together as a family—whether playing, reading, or simply relaxing.

The open, fully equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area and offers direct access to the patio.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction cooktop, an oven, a kettle, a waffle maker, a raclette grill, and much more. You’ll also find a classic drip coffee maker (size 4 coffee filters)—perfect for a cozy start to the day.

The fenced-in garden, complete with patio furniture, is a wonderful place to have breakfast, relax, or wind down the evening with a barbecue. A robotic lawn mower takes care of the lawn—custom settings are available upon request. There are a few portable outdoor games (including Viking chess and ring toss), and for families with small children, there’s a great playground (with swings, a zip line, a sandbox, and a playhouse) in the immediate neighborhood, within walking distance.

The house has two comfortable bedrooms:
One room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, full-length mattress) and a TV, as well as another room with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm).

The choice is yours: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to help keep your vacation costs down. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide our linen package (bed linens and towels) as an optional extra—whichever best suits your travel plans.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower (with a shower curtain), a towel warmer and underfloor heating, a modern sink, a hair dryer, and a window that lets in natural light.

All rooms have underfloor heating—and the living room also has a fan for warm summer days.

For guests with electric cars, an electric charging station/wall box is available at the house (billed based on usage, €0.50/kWh).

Vacation with your dog on the Flensburg Fjord: Four-legged friends are very welcome! The garden is fully fenced, so dogs can play and relax safely. Wonderfully peaceful walking trails start right outside the front door, and the dog-friendly beaches are just a short drive (about 10–15 min.) away. There is a small additional fee for staying with a dog.
