Our home will undergo extensive interior and exterior renovations from November 2025 through February 2026. In addition, the garden will be completely redesigned. Look forward to a beautiful, newly renovated vacation home! Photos will be available soon.

Enjoy your stay in our modern vacation home with breathtaking ocean views and a private pool, just a short walk from the beach in the idyllic bay of Cala Pi (about a 10-minute walk). The house accommodates 6 people.

The neighboring house is also available for booking, allowing you to spend your vacation with up to 12 people—ideal if you’re traveling with two families.

The vacation home features 3 bedrooms across approximately 130 square meters of living space, including 1 master bedroom with access to a separate, sunny, and spacious terrace,
2 bathrooms with showers and windows,
1 living room with a dining area and access to the terrace and the sunny pool, as well as a modern, open-concept, fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher.
The double beds in the bedrooms measure
180 x 200 cm, and each bedroom has spacious built-in closets. The vacation home features 4 terraces, including 2 rooftop terraces with wonderful ocean views. The terraces are equipped with pergolas and/or awnings. The garden terrace features a seating area with a table and a gas grill. There is also a parking space for your car on the property.
Bedding, towels, electricity, and water are included. This vacation home is a pet-free, non-smoking property!
A cleaning fee of €185.00 is charged separately.

The property is rented out under an official tourist rental license issued by the Balearic Ministry of Tourism.
