You enter the light-filled apartment through the living room, which is divided by exposed wooden beams into a dressing area with a coat rack and armchair, as well as a cozy living area. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV—the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and freezer are all at your disposal. The two bedrooms offer ample space and comfort. One is furnished with a double bed (180x200), the other with two single beds (90x200). Both rooms have coat hooks for your personal belongings. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a wheelchair-accessible sink, ensuring a pleasant start to your day. The bathrooms are modernly equipped with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet, ensuring a comfortable start to your day. All windows are soundproof and additionally fitted with roller shutters and pleated blinds. When the weather is nice, the furnished terraces with a grill invite you to relax outdoors. Parking spaces are available directly on the property for your arrival.
